Top Bollywood Movies Soaring In Success Of Rs 100 Crore Club

Recessions are a part and parcel to every sector whether be the internet, Bollywood or entertainment industry. 2012 has been a blockbuster year and there have been a huge investment that has been done by the producers. The first seven months have been quite good at the box office as there have been a few big releases and now the trend has begun where in speculations are done in order to suspect if a film shall do good at box office and go beyond the rupees 100 Crore  mark or not?

This year there are a couple of big releases being awaited at the box office like Salman Khan’s Dabangg-2 or Ajay Devgan’s Son of Sardar to name a few! However now the trend has begun where in definite comparisons and competition is done with the already successful releases such as Amir Khan’s 3Idiots or Ghajini who were among the first movies to have breached the record and created a new landmark! The year has started on a high note with Agneepath soaring up high to new records followed by back to back announcements such asHousefull-2 or Rowdy Rathore and Bol Bachan.

With several high budget Hindi releases lined up across the year, 2012is expected to sustain the growth momentum witnessed in 2011, say the analysts.Even a light comedy like Balaji’s Kya Super Kool Hain Hum has grossed Rs.26 crore in three days, thanks to a wide release. The box-office is a key part of the revenue stream for films and though the collections have grown,theatricals contribute 50 per cent to revenues of a film, the rest coming from satellite, overseas, music and digital rights.

 Rowdy Rathore

Akshay Kumar’s cop romp com Rowdy Rathore has entered the elite Rs 100 crore club.It is famous for a few songs such as dhincha tatha and for commendable roles played by the lead stars!

Ghajini  (2005 film)

The film explores the life of a rich businessman who develops anterograde amnesia following a violent encounter in which his love interest, modelKalpana, was killed. this means he starts forgeting things too often within fraction of seconds and there fore he wrote it on his body and other things to memorize the things and who’s who among his mates to grab the killer.

3 Idiots  (2009)

This movies is influence from the novel written by Chetan Bhagat “The Three Mistakes of My Life”based on the life of three friends and how life changes and has in stake for their future! The movie was a big chart buster and was a full entertainer with superb music which is still being sung at many functions and parties!

Bol Bachan (2012)

Bol Bachchanis a 2012 Bollywood action comedy film directed by Rohit Shetty, and featuring Abhishek Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Asin in the lead roles, This movie is a blend of romance,comedy and action thriller!

Ready is a 2011 Indian romantic comedy film directed by Anees Bazmee, starring Salman Khan and Asinin the lead roles. A salman khan starrer set new records at the box office and was famoud for the song dhinka chika with the signature step being followed across by many!

Wanted (2009 )

Wantedis a 2009 Bollywood action film directed by Prabhu Deva, starring Salman Khan, Ayesha Takia, Prakash Raj, Vinod Khanna and Mahesh Manjrekar in the lead roles.An action thriller hooked the audience to their seats! The movie was suspense thriller with loads of action. So if you are a movie buff this one is meant for you and is a must watch!

Bodyguard (2011 )

This movie is again starring salman khan and kareena kapoor, where in salman khan falls in love with a girl named chahya but isnt aware of the identity and is popular for its hit music and lyrics especially the song I Love You and the title track which was a rage among teenagers

Agneepath (2012 film)

It is better known as the Kancha cheena movie perhaps due to the leading performances of all the actors and supporting actors! The movie was a success which is inspired and is a remake of old Agneepath ! Some fine performances by the actors made the movie to be too successful and bring accolades at the box office!

Ek Tha Tiger (2012)

The latest thriller featuring Salman Khan which was being awaited for quite a while now has created a landmark and has been highest grosser so far, trade analyst confirm that to be due to the on screen presence of Katrina Kaif  and Salman Khan. The sings have already become very popular and ruling on the top chart busters!
