The 33-year-old star showed off her incredible physique in a skimpy pink halter bikini as she got to work filming The Miami Beach Diet poolside in the sunshine.

Displaying her washboard abs and toned, tanned limbs in all their glory, the mother-of-one looked positively radiant as she performed a series of lunges and squats by the side of the pool.
The Liberty X singer seemed to be in her element as she showed her army of followers how it's done, and looked happy and relaxed as she threw herself into her work.
With her brunette locks scraped back off her face, Michelle showed off her naturally radiant skin with minimal make-up while getting to work on set.

Writing on her Twitter page, she said: 'Hey guys! Yes I'm in Miami. & yes it's out of this world. But I'm here working hard! I'm training 3 beautiful women 4the #slimintosummer .....segment for the @ITVLorraine show.
'I've not stopped working in over 3 weeks now and still a week to go. So I have 3 hours to myself b4 I hit the training again with the girls Right now they are being taught how to eat by @Deanedwardschef He had a lie in! I didn't lol!x'

And Michelle has received praise from her personal trainer husband, Hugh Hanley, who is thrilled to see her passing on her words of wisdom.

But it would seem the Big Reunion star is struggling with being away from both Hugh and the couple's adorable 16-month-old daughter, Faith.

Although Michelle looks a picture of health, it wasn't that long ago that she admitted to once having an obsession to diet pills.
The former pop star revealed how she was stuck with the pills during her time in hit band Liberty X, as she battled to be as thin as her fellow band mates Kelli Young and Jessica Taylor.
'I was in this vicious circle of taking the diet pills to lose weight,' she said.
'I had been addicted to them for two to three years and they were no longer working because my body was immune to them. I didn't look healthy, I obviously wasn't healthy.'
Action girl: Michelle has been able to enjoy some time out during her trip, and took the group paddle-boarding on Monday
